LK manages the installation agreements for fibre network rollouts

LK Fiber have developed software and an app used to install and document fibre optic premise, home, business connections: FTTH (Fiber to the home).

Since 2015, we have managed the administrative side of installation agreements for several major fibre network providers in Denmark. We have developed our in-house digital platform for professional management of appointments. Our data system enables us to manage appointments with exceptional efficiency, giving our fibre-optic customers fast service and as a result very high levels of customer satisfaction. We guarantee our partners’ high levels of security when undertaking data processing, and we process all data in accordance with the EU Personal Data Regulation.

Mobile consultants and our dedicated call centre staff go to great lengths every day to deliver outstanding service which has become the hallmark of LK Fiber.

How it works

When you need to connect customers to fibre networks, you can’t just send a contractor out to bury fibre.
A lot of work needs to be done before this phase of the process can commence.

When you contact us, we’ll draw up a clear and transparent agreement for the process of connecting your customers to fibre.

We then agree with the end customer on the entry point to the building for the fibre network and where the fibre box will be installed. We document all infrastructure with photos and make an accurate map of the installation to be undertaken. We will, of course, advise the customer of your guidelines for burying fibre.

All details are documented in our unique software, and both you and the end customer receive a detailed installation agreement.

Then you can confidently send your contractors out to the site with the installation agreement to follow.

Our documentation minimises the risk of any complaints arising, and your customers receive great service from our mobile consultants or our well-trained call centre staff.

This saves you a great deal of administrative work associated with fibre connections.

You don’t need to do anything; simply connect your customers to your fibre network.

Your contractors can also add photos and comments so that you have comprehensive documentation for each customer case. Administrator access enables you to monitor the process, generate statistics and get a comprehensive overview of the infrastructure and customers.
